Turkish Language Pack for DeepSeek Harness Desktop — Community Contribution

Draft for project maintainers — Turkish community localization
This is a reviewable community Turkish language pack for the Windows x64 Desktop
build identified as 0.2.1-rc.3. It contains 2,910 UI dictionary entries across 64
namespaces and 165 native Desktop entries. Machine selector values are included
in the count; external pages and third-party/plugin copy are not fully localized.
The distribution is an offline copy/literal patch, not a repackaged Desktop app.
It validates the exact source archive hash, builds and validates the translated
archive, creates a recoverable original backup, and provides a restore tool.
Windows PowerShell 5.1 is sufficient for end users. Editable dictionaries and
the rebuild/patch-generation tools are included. MIT and upstream notices are retained.
The independent project is named DSH Turkce in line with the brand naming guidance.
There is no official endorsement claim, official logo, or fabricated download URL.
No blanket compatibility with later versions is claimed.
Potential upstream contribution: review and import the editable Turkish
dictionaries into the current localization architecture; update key coverage and
native shell integration against the current branch. The byte patch should not
be applied blindly to newer builds. A version-specific download-page note and
Turkish installation instructions are included for review.
