dsh-rtl: right-to-left chat text for Persian/Arabic

Hi - I built a small community bundle for RTL reading in Chat, since the transcript renders Persian and Arabic left-to-right today.

What it does

• Assistant Markdown and the user bubble get direction: rtl and are right-aligned.
• List markers are mirrored so they stay inside the text block.
• Code blocks, inline code and KaTeX stay LTR and are unicode-bidi: isolate, so their punctuation cannot reorder the surrounding sentence.
• The composer types right-to-left.

How it is built

• A bundle (dsh.bundle.patch + dsh.client) with one Client module that registers a single stylesheet and removes it on dispose.
• Selectors use the stable hooks: data-slot="conversation.chat.flow", data-chat-turn, class names containing markdown/bubble, and [data-composer-seat] - no harness patch needed.
• Layout chrome (sidebar, toolbars, Settings) is untouched.
