Tutorial chapter 7 composition is missing the tool executor — TOOL_EXECUTOR_UNAVAILABLE

Following docs/cordis-tutorial/07-into-the-harness as written, the chapter's example crashes:
ToolExecutorUnavailableError: The selected tool executor is unavailable.
code: 'TOOL_EXECUTOR_UNAVAILABLE'
Repro: run the chapter 7 composition exactly as documented (@deepseek-ai/dsh-system-prompt + @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools + local plugins), call ctx.tools.execute(...) from greet-tool.ts.
Root cause: ctx.tools.execute now delegates to a replaceable executor registered via ctx.tools.setExecutor(...) (provided by @deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-executor-native), but the tutorial composition was never updated to load one.
Fix: add - name: '@deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-executor-native' to the chapter 7 composition in both the English and Chinese tutorials, and mention that a composition without an executor throws TOOL_EXECUTOR_UNAVAILABLE. I have a working patch in my fork: richuff@ca9e8f348a — happy to have it merged upstream, or feel free to apply it directly since PRs are currently disabled for this repo.
