deepseek-harness-locale-ru — Russian (Русский) for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI

A community language pack that plugs into the official localization system (@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-locale) as an external client plugin. «Русский» appears in Settings → General, switching is live (no reload), and no upstream files are modified — it survives git pull.
