Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) locale plugin

[tonnymoura]

Hi! Sharing a Brazilian Portuguese language pack I built for DeepSeek Harness, following the same pattern as dsh-locale-ru, dsh-locale-vi, and @fang2hou/dsh-locale-ja.

Repo: https://github.com/tonnymoura/dsh-locale-pt-br

Install:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:tonnymoura/dsh-locale-pt-br

Then pick Português (Brasil) in Settings → General → Language.

Coverage:

• 32 namespaces
• ~1048 strings translated
• Full web UI: sidebar, chat, settings, trajectory, plan, subagents, workflows, tools, approvals, feedback, commands, etc.

Building this only took mapping the shape of an existing locale plugin (dsh-locale-ru) and translating the strings — a testament to how clean the plugin model is. Feedback on translations welcome via issues on the plugin repo.
