同一错误句。补充一个完整定位（0.2.1-rc.2，Windows 桌面版）：触发条件是同一会话混用多个 provider 后切回 deepseek-official——历史里带 tool_use 的 assistant 消息缺少 thinking 块时，端点直接 400；空 thinking 块的形态见 #9239 / #9435，本问题是「缺块」而非「空块」。实测矩阵：thinking 块（有无 signature 均可）→ 200；无 thinking 块 + tool_use → 400；纯文本无 thinking → 200；thinking disabled + tool_use → 200。
