"VA" contains the R code to reproduce the analysis (and the corresponding graphics) on the in-vitro assay (VA).
"MS" contains the R code to reproduce the analysis (and the corresponding graphics) on the mice study (MS).
To reproduce the analyses it is sufficient to download the entire folder(s) and run the "main.R" code located in the "./source/" folder.
