For this milestone, we want to have a concept for using an authentication framework in place, which secures the communication from Delphi-Management to the instance registry, as well as to the components of the Delphi system.
This includes the usage of a real database in the registry, instead of the currently used in-memory-db. Also the HttpTests for the registry need to be finished at this point, to provide sufficient test coverage for further development.
