Windows ARM64 2.4.4-beta2

Windows ARM64 build for GitHub Desktop (2.4.4-beta2). The installer doesn't work (yet) on ARM64, so you won't be able to receive in-app updates but need to update manually.

Windows ARM64 test release

This is a test release of GitHub Desktop for Windows ARM64 (like Surface Pro X). The app itself is compiled for ARM64, but its dependencies (like Git) are 32-bit binaries, which benefit from 32-bit emulation that Windows ARM offers :)
