Adds how to Documentation for STP and Generalizes the Bridging Documentation so that it isn't specific to VLANs. This way the Bridging L2 documentation can be referenced in the STP documentation.

I separated the lines because I thought it would help with readability. The image below is what it would look like combined. Let me know what you would prefer.
