Within large organisations, you tend to find a number of events get forwarded to you. This proposed change includes an optional config flag to allow you to replace/remove the FW: from the event titles

@jstride I think this is too specific of a situation to include for everyone, but we always appreciate the suggestions! As you can probably see, I've logged a feature for adding something in the future that would hopefully also solve this request #69
