Hi Lado, I'm at Siena College and a colleague of John Moustakas'. We had some exchanges this past summer regarding a student of ours who was trying to reproduce the 2pt correlation function with some Python code of his.
John sent me a link to your code here so we check the source to see what we're doing wrong. We still can't seem to pull out the first bump in the 2pt spectrum (~120 Mpc?) using the LSST/CMASS data. :( We'll try to dig down to see what the deal is.
Anyways, I wrote a Makefile to compile this code. I'm sure you have your own, but figured I'd commit/pull request, in case you didn't. Open science! :)
