- dateFormat, timeFormat, inlineAssets and inlineAssetsTimeout reach the
  renderer (2.1.0 and 2.2.0 silently ignored them); inlineAssets is hardened
  now that it actually runs
- Forwarded messages render in full - text, attachments, embeds, components -
  and never name the original author, which Discord hides
- Link previews, GIFs and videos get their own layout; super reactions, voice
  durations, reply role colors, embed footer icons and audio sizes show;
  reaction counts of 1000 and more no longer show NaN
- System messages of unknown types appear as a neutral line instead of
  vanishing; the stats footer counts one of something in the singular
- URLs that components render unchecked only pass when safe; a failed image
  download no longer fails the export
- 134 tests, including 39 golden transcripts built from real discord.js objects
