bug: clicking Dashboard link in search playground opens default organization for user instead of current organization

Description

The href for dashboard currently links to the dashboard without any params to control for the current organization.

Expectation: Maintain the current organization for the currentDatasetId. Scenario: User wants to return to the dashboard for the current dataset to perform some lookup or other action (i.e. add user to the current organization).

Actual: Opens Dashboard at default organization and there is slight user confusion.
