TODO list from @fxbenard and pull #92.

  • Update the readme file with a language section and a call to action to join the project on Transifex
  • Setup the percent to pull the translation from TX - Now 100%. Should be 90%.
  • Remove .po files

I cleaned up indentation slightly, renamed the grunt tasks, added translation credits, removed all translations that were less than the 90% threshold.
