A simple C# Console application that builds & outputs all the White & Black cards you want!
Files:

back-black.png -- This is the basic CAH back to a black card.

back-white.png -- This is the basic CAH back to a white card.

custom-black.png -- This is your custom CAH front to a black card.

custom-white.png -- This is your custom CAH front to a white card.

white.txt -- This is the list of white cards you want created.

black.txt -- This is the list of black cards you want created.
