0.29 "Spade"

First release in the version history!

Add web user interface.
Re-design what the MDiG repository is. Now it is a GRASS DB and mapsets have an mdig directory for those mapsets that represent a model.
Begin implementing a testing framework. Test coverage is only 50% of code base at this stage, but it's better than nothing!

Roadmap

Not yet completed, but an idea of features that are planned for each subsequent release.
