This is PRAy : The Phase Retrieval Algorithm in Yorick
first compile c code
go to trunk/yorick directory
yorick -batch make.i
make clean all
to launch the application, setup a PRAYTOP env variable to the trunk directory 
(ex if using bash export PRAYTOP=`pwd`)
then just type yorick -i yorick/pray.i
this will launch the GUI
for exemples of scripts check the content of pray_scripts.i
