Organizing code that helps count and sort data from the COSMIC Database

Get a gene file to analyze here: COSMIC Database

1. Sign up for an account
2. Go to Data Tab in the top right and click Downloads
3. Go to the section, COSMIC Mutation Data (Genome Screens)
4. Click on the Download Filter File and select the gene to parse through and download the csv file

Analyze the new parsed file here:

• new CRAVAT
