I originally created this project for my own use in my neighborhood. A stray cat came to my family during the summer and it didn't want to leave. We had no way of knowing whether or not it was a stray animal (and it ended up being someone's neglected kitty). I hope this project will help others either find their lost animals or be able to take in new animals knowing for sure it's not someone else's lost pet.
