• removed cypress since it was just a placeholder
• added overrides for the below reason with react-json-view
• all dependencies upgraded
• removed cypress
• removed tests from build spec

• react-json-view found some insights in github repo issues section of react-json-view -> Doesn't support React 18? mac-s-g/react-json-view#441
• flux did the same for flux - more on -> Add react-18 as peer dependency. facebookarchive/flux#563

closing as we will be going with react 17 to avoid dependency hell when using 18, a lot of modules are not ready for react 18.
