Restim has built-in support for funscripts and several video players. See Connecting Restim to video player.
Restim can be controlled from third-party applications.

Buttplug. Synchronize video with ScriptPlayer or FapTap.net. Synchronize games with estim with any buttplug-compatible game. Refer to the Buttplug setup instructions.

Multifunplayer (windows only). Synchronize video with MultiFunPlayer. Useful if you want to sync multiple toys at the same time. Refer to MultiFunPlayer setup instructions.
