I added one conditional to conftest.py because rollback caused an error with MSSQL in my environment, and I documented the way I found to install MSSQL on a Mac.
These changes are not too important by themselves, but I wanted to make sure I can run tests and go through the process of creating a pull request at least once before making more substantial changes.
