feat: Neutral dir no longer ignored in sequences #130

Instead of 66, sequences should consider neutral direction and specify 656 instead.

This makes checking more strict and predictable, while also avoiding turning and SOCD shenanigans (such as hold 6, press 4 -> causes character to turn, then incorrectly triggers double tap due to turning).
