Path to nepali-datepicker component for nepalify-react

This pull request covers the following points:

• Porting the ad-bs-convetor nodejs libaray into typescript 3fbd21a
• Add date object similar to javascripts native Date object for simple formatting. a6ab28c
  This needs more work later to add more functionality like; comparing date objects and adding and subtracting on them
• Making the use of typescript typedocs automatic documentation created 8477268 using comments. present in docs folder. (documentation changes are surely needed later)
