Typings for the new moderation stuff on API

• support new moderation api stuff discord.js#1403 (First PR by Gus for new moderation stuff)
• consistency in audit logs owo discord.js#1431 (PR by Gus "consistency")
• add audit logs "extras" discord.js#1435 (PR by Gus "extras")
• entries should be a collection <.< discord.js#1436 (PR by Gus to set entries to collection)
• add time stuff to guild audit log entries discord.js#1443 (PR by Gus to add time getters)
• add MESSAGE_DELETE to audit logs discord.js#1456 (PR by Gus to add MESSAGE_DELETE action)
• update GuildAuditLogs for MESSAGE_DELETE and fixed extras discord.js#1464 (PR by space to add MESSAGE target [& other stuff that don't change anything in the typings atm])
