The outdated ReadMe files provided by Idiom for the org.dita.pdf2 plugin were removed in dita-ot/dita-ot@05e7b0d per dita-ot/dita-ot#1860.

This content should be reviewed to determine which portions are still relevant for recent toolkit versions and adapted for inclusion in the documentation.
