- removed unsupported Python versions
- added current Python versions
- switched pep8 to flake8 + associated pytest plugin
- misc pytest config changes
- disabled MacOS CI for now (needs customization/replacement for pyenv)
- fixed flake8 failures on current rules
* the unified pyenv approach doesn't work right now because the zlib headers aren't available by default- needs some conditional TLC...
* fix Python versions * ignore all Python deprecation warnings (envvar/cmdline can't be more specific when the text contains a colon)
