I had a few times during my tests that when I armed in ALTH, the copter would spin up and take off uncommanded. Not excessively aggressive but the first 2 times it was a bit scary. It jumped up to about 2m AGL and then started to sink slowly again.

This appears to have been fixed as part of adding feedback to the pilot when taking off in AltHold and Loiter modes. #1208
