The Compassmot calibration routine currently only calculates corrections for the primary compass so it should be extended to calculate them for all active compasses.

We need to check the Compass library as well to ensure that when the corrections are applied in flight this is done for all compasses.

This commit should resolve this issue and will go out with AC3.2-rc4
