Tridge has added Terrain following into master for use in Plane. The data is also available in ArduCopter 3.2 and higher but it's only for information, it's not used by the flight controller to avoid hitting the ground in AltHold, Loiter, Auto nor when deciding when to slow to the LAND_SPEED during a landing. We should add this fuctionality.

Moving to AC3.4 because we've just run out of time for AC3.3
