Proposed change

Parsing KEGG database works for KEGG Orthology but is still not very reliable. Does not really work for the other KEGG database or works poorly. The main problem is probably a proper way of handling multiline in regex.

The KEGG Orthology database approach should probably be different. Using link/genes/KO fetches all the genes and KEGG Organism ID from given KO. That may give more complete information without the overhead #54
