Rework express gateway to ensure no dependency on Basket

The gateway functions should work without needing Oscar's core objects. At the moment, the set_txn takes a basket as its first arg which makes it harder to re-use, or to only take payment for a specific set of lines.

Need to also remove the dependency on the shipping method interface.
