Fix bangs source url

This update will allow you to get the most up to date bangs offered by DuckDuckGo!

Please be sure to run !update after updating.

1.0.2: Save completions file in $alfred_workflow_cache

Changes in this release:

• Move the temporary file for autocompletions (bangs.json) from ~/tmp/bangs.json to $alfred_workflow_cache - the idiomatic dir for these types of files. (you should delete the existing ~/tmp/bangs.json if you've run !update with a previous version)
• Add notifications for update success / failure (this is much better than no feedback to the user...)

Support search by bang acronym

For example searching for ghc will find !ghc for Github Code Search
