eg. if

python MakeStreamingDNADatabase.py ${trainingFiles} ${outputDir}/${cmashDatabase} -n ${numHashes} -k ${maxKsize} -v

and ${outputDir} doesn't exist, then MakeStreamingDNADatabase.py should create it!
