Description
Create an application that can be used to write, save, and delete notes. This application will use an express backend and save and retrieve note data from a JSON file.

AS A user, GIVEN I want to be able to write and save notes
WHEN I open the app
THEN I am presesnted with previously submitted notes with their titles
WHEN I click in the TITLE area
THEN I can type in the title of the note to be submitted
WHEN I click in the DESCRIPTION area
THEN I can type in the content of the note to be submitted
WHEN I click a save icon
THEN the note is saved to the server and displayed in the notes list
WHEN I click on the delete icon for a specific note
THEN that specific note is deleted from the list

You need to run 'npm install' initially to ensure you have the dependencies. You also need to run 'npm install uuid@3.4.0', which is a package that will allow for the use of unique id's.
