I'm currently at CoSyne Therapeutics, where I work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and biology.
A few other facts about me:
- (2023) In the BioAI team at InstaDeep (BioNTech), I applied diffusion models to model binding interactions for the development of mRNA cancer vaccines. This resulted in a paper that was published at NeurIPS 2023.
- (2022) In the research team at InstaDeep (BioNTech), I was a key contributor to Jumanji, an open source suite of reinforcement learning environments written in JAX. The accompanying paper was published at ICLR 2024.
- (2020-21) I took a detour into cloud engineering at Datatonic where I was a key contributor to an MLOps template co-developed with and jointly open sourced by Google Cloud Platform.
- (2020) I did a stint in biotechnology at Cambridge University, including a thesis on protein engineering.
- (2019) I graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Physics, and received two Full Blue awards in the university swimming team as well as breaking a club record.
