This PR demonstrates the issue in #22 by adding a few tests, some of which are failing.
I'm not entirely familiar with the internals of the implementation itself, but as far as I can tell, this bug occurs when
applyFixedFractionFormatis called, which in turn callsvalidateStep, where thethis.toInteger(this.step)will result in aNaN.
