why the build increment to 24? @ebriney Is this because we released build increments on 17.06.1 after 20 shipped?

it is because edge releases, we increment the number on every mac release (from edge or stable)

Proposed changes
Add links to released versions of Docker for Mac. It's a pretty small change but would make dozens of users happy.
Very often the Stable channel is, in fact, not stable and has some show stopping bugs of breakage. Many users find themselves in a situation where they just want to download the penultimate version and get restore their system to a working state.
In the meantime the community has had to resort to reverse-engineering the release process to find download URLs.
