Send tenant landlord details

We got feedback on landlord interview today that just sending a message is hard.
What would landlord say to tenant? How does he introduce himself? No context as users wasn't connected yet.

Landlord would like just to do a "hand shake", that he "approves" the tenant and send him his contact details in return.

1. We need to add "שלח פרטים" button in tenant row instead of chat button:
   

2. Create a new server analytics track event "tenant_approved" and pass apartment details and landlord contact details there.

3. Create a new email in Customer.io

How is this different then a usual message that the landlord can do today ?

It should be delivered by email, just like we deliver tenant profiles to landlords, it should be done vice versa:
