Visual studio lost intellisense for Blazor Components #4590

[regression] [worked-in:16.3.3]
After updating vs 16.3.3 visual studio gives errors on markup.
Example "Found markup element with unexpected name "EditForm". If this is intended to be a component, add a using directive for its namespace.

This also happens in VS2019 16.4 Preview 6. This appears to be a problem with intellisense. Is this being looked into? Is there a patch to fix this?
