What is the process/roadmap for publishing nuget packages (non myget) for components of this repo?

I have observed odd behaviour with the default .NET FileSystemWatcher on Linux, and the same odd behaviour doesn't occur with the corefxlab version, and it would be awesome if it was possible to use the corefxlab version.
