Consider it an official request now!

Why not start ripping the band-aid now? :)

I retitled this. Talking about this today and I wanted to say that we should start with getting NSoT to support Python 2.7/3.6+ hybrid by leveraging six and stick with Django 1.11 for now.

That will be a step in the right direction. Then after a "while" we can upgrade to Django 2.x in another body of work.

To help with dropbox#325

Also, [Travis are now recommending removing the __sudo__ tag](https://blog.travis-ci.com/2018-11-19-required-linux-infrastructure-migration).

"_If you currently specify __sudo: false__ in your __.travis.yml__, we recommend removing that configuration_"
