Add Dynmap integration back

Added this a while ago for my own server but forgot to make a PR.

Pending issues:

• Custom values (like line color etc) are loaded but not used 🤔

Possible improvements (needs to fix issues first):

• Make styling of SafeZone and WarZone customizable

Something I was thinking about was making every faction style be customizable by name no matter what the faction name is.
This would be easily accomplished with an YAML file (example from my own plugin).
I understand correctly the .conf files are generated based on the actual code of the class so that wouldn't be possible (unless I'm mistaken), could a using YAML files just for custom styling be considered in such case (that could be used for WarZone and SafeZone too)?
