Use a pre-built image

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user when I create a repo from this template the first run in Gitpod builds an image, so I would prefer to use a prebuilt image so I don't have to wait.

• Create Druxt Image on dockerhub or similar.

Yeah, everythings in that Docker, though I'd probably add Cypress at some stage, as per https://github.com/Decipher/stuar.tc/blob/develop/.gitpod/Dockerfile
