Rust seems to be okay with literal arrays in C method signatures. I don't know what it does, since C doesn't support this, but it certainly doesn't do what it needs to do to make nfc_open() work.
This avoids severe annoyance due to rust-lang/rust#26264

I've been playing with
nfc_sys. These three patches make it much more usable for me.
