Describe the bug
If a deployment is canceled, it's being treated as it's still running.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Cancel a Octopus Deploy deployment
  2. See deployment still running in Duck dashboard

Expected behavior
It should be treated as "Canceled", but since there isn't a status like that yet in Duck, we should (temporarily) treat it as "Failed".
