MAGIQ v0.3 Beta

This release updates all software to be Python 3.7.7 compatible. The development of this version prepares the software for release to the wider public (outside of the Bartha Lab). Bug fixes and additional features will be built upon this version of the software.

MAGIQ v0.2 Beta

This contains the original versions of in-house software for the Bartha Lab designed to run on Ubuntu with Python 2.7. This version of the software was not intended for wide distribution beyond the Bartha Lab.
