feature(Polyline): add start & end width options

I would like to add some options here. I might come with other PRs but here is a start. What do you think ?

Thank you so much for your help.
This already implemted in the dev branch. And I want to mention that the polyline can have multiple startWidth and endWidth for each vertex.
Please see LWPOLYLINE 2018 specification is more precise.
My goal is to make every entity customizable #5.
And if you need to add features please add them to the dev branch
