Dataset of Helpful Reviews for Service Providers
We present a dataset of helpful reviews for service providers(D-HRSP).
The dataset consists of 6,500 reviews written in Korean for the top 6 OTT applications.
Each review was labeled by 5 experts who have experience in developing and releasing applications.
Anyone can easily replicate the experiments of our study using the notebook file located in the experiments folder.
